Scope and specifics of application
Primer enamel ALURON is a non-pre-priming material with good decorative and anti-corrosion properties to protect metal, concrete and reinforced concrete surfaces with high requirements for open time, multipurpose application and service life in industrial conditions.
Used for corrosion protection of the inner and outer surfaces of various vehicles (agricultural machinery, construction equipment, public transport, rail transport) as well as to protect bearing and enclosing structures of buildings, bridges, pipelines, various pipes, antenna-mast structures, industrial buildings frameworks, community centers, shopping malls, spans of bridges, etc. ALURON primer-enamel is used as repair coating as well as finishing products after assembly both indoor and outdoor. For these purposes, the material can be packaged into aerosol cans.

Metal surface should be abrasive blasted to grade 1 or 2 to GOST 9.402 (Sa 2,5) or Sa 2 to ISO 8501-1:2007). Clean surface must be free from dust and grease.If the quality of surface preparation decreases, the service life and its operating performance may change.
Conditions
Basis temperature higher than dew point no less than 3°C.
Ambient temperature from +5°С to +30°C.
Relative air humidity no more 80%.

Ready to use. Stir thoroughly before use with mixer. Thin if needed with formula thinner RP-1K, RP-1K F. |

The process of application from the aerosol can
|
Shake the aerosol can thoroughly, remove the cap. Press the spray head and apply the primer-enamel to the surface prepared for painting with uniform movements. After painting, clean the spray valve, turn the cylinder over and press the spray head until the release of the remaining primer enamel stops.

No more than 5 hours. One layer coating is recommended. Inobservance of re-coating mode can cause paint damage. |

Roller Brush |
Can be recommended for small and hard-to-reach areas. Thin the primer-enamel depending on the working conditions when using brush. |
