Scope and specifics of application
Aluron AT HQ primer is used as a primer layer in combination with alkyd, alkyd-urethane and other enamels.The material has a reduced drying time allowing to apply the finishing layer at any convenient moment. It is suitable for framing metal structures. As part of the complex coating, it is used for anticorrosive protection of vehicles internal and external surfaces: agricultural machinery, construction equipment, railway transport, public transport (buses, trams, etc.), as well as machine tools and mechanisms used in the power sector. ALURON primer-enamel is used as repair coating as well as finishing products after assembly both indoor and outdoor.
Information on the resistance of the material to various media is available on request.
Main fields of application: power engineering, mechanical engineering, railway transport facilities.
Instruction for use
Clean metal surface with blast method to St 1 or 2 according to GOST 9.402 (Sa 2,5 or Sa 2 according to ISO 8501-1:2007). Clean of grease, oil and dirt. If the surface preparation quality decreases, the service life and operation may change.
Conditions
Relative air humidity no more 80%.
