Scope and specifics of application
ABIRON VD-AK-0110 water-based primer is a primer layer in the system to protect concrete and reinforced concrete transport structures. The special fillers included in the composition make it possible to cover surface micro cracks up to 1 mm. Material increased elasticity prevent the coating from damaging because of temperature differential. The primer can be used for both primary and repair painting of transport structures. The primer is used in the ABIRON VD-AK-1110 paint system.
Instruction for use
Previous coating should be cleaned with water, scour, ammonia solution or 3% sodium carbonate solution, then clear water. Calcium carbonate or limewash must be totally removed from painted surfaces. Nondurable finish must be totally removed. Abrasive cleaning is allowed.Conditions
Working temperature is no less than +50С.The process of applying
