Two component polyurethane enamel, hardened by aliphatic polyisocyanate with high weatherproof.
Scope and specifics of application
Polytex ST 3390 enamel is designed to paint pre-primed surfaces to create high-quality strong weatherproof coatings. It has an accelerated curing time and stable gloss.
It is used to paint commercial vehicles (vans, buses, trolleybuses, tow trucks, garbage trucks, cars intended for street washing, dumpers, food trucks, trailers etc.), as well as other primed metal surfaces with high requirements not only in appearance but also in wear resistance.
The enamel has good adhesion, bending strength, as well as enhanced hardness, strength and abrasion resistance. It is used in conditions of diverse aggressive impacts – chemical, atmospheric, mechanical as well as high humidity.

Two component polyurethane enamel PolytexST 3390 is applied on primed surface. The surface can be abrasive blasted with grain Р-180 to Р-320.Conditions
Basis temperature higher than dew point no less than 3°C.
Ambient temperature from +5°С to +30°C.
Relative air humidity no more 80%.

Blending |
Polyurethane enamel consists of two components: component А - basis, component B - hardener. Before use, pre-mix component A with a low-speed drill with mixing nozzle, then mix with component B in stoichiometric ratio in the delivery form. Mix the resulting material thoroughly until smooth. After the hardener is added into the semi-finished product, the material should be allowed to stand for at least 5-10 minutes. |
