Polytex STG95 enamel is used to form high-gloss (with a gloss of ≥95%) finishing coatings with high requirements for appearance.
It is used to paint commercial vehicles, special equipment, rolling stock (mainly motive-power units and passenger compartments), large-sized vehicles, antenna-mast, support and modular structures as well as other primed metal surfaces with high requirements for appearance.
The enamel coating has an even gloss, accelerated open time, excellent adhesion, excellent resistance to shocks, bends and other mechanical impacts.

Two component polyurethane enamel Polytex ST G95 is applied on primed surface. The surface can be abrasive blasted with grain Р-180 to Р-320.Conditions

The process of applying

Blending |
Polyurethane enamel consists of two components: component А - basis, component B - hardener. Before use, pre-mix component A with a low-speed drill with mixing nozzle, then mix with component B in stoichiometric ratio in the delivery form. Mix the resulting material thoroughly until smooth. After the hardener is added into the semi-finished product, the material should be allowed to stand for at least 5-10 minutes.
