Description
Two component polyurethane primer-enamel, hardened by aliphatic polyisocyanate with great ability of colour and gloss preservation.
Scope and specifics of application
Polytex 3390 HS primer enamel is used for metal structures anticorrosive protection, as well as for creating high-quality coatings distinguished by outstanding weather resistance. It has both accelerated time of complete polymerization and stable gloss.
Polytex 3390 HS is used to paint commercial vehicles (vans, buses, trolleybuses, tow trucks, garbage trucks, cars used for street washing, dumpers, car counters, trailer transformers, etc.), as well as other metal surfaces which are of high requirements both in appearance and wear resistance.
Primer-enamel is used in conditions of diverse aggressive impacts – chemical, atmospheric, mechanical, as well as in conditions of high humidity.

Instruction for use
Metal surface should be abrasive blasted to grade 1 or 2 to GOST 9.402 (Sa 2,5 or Sa 2 to ISO 8501-1:2007). Clean surface must be free from dust and grease.
If the quality of surface preparation decreases, the service life and its operating performance may change.
Conditions
Ambient temperature from +5°С to +35°C.
Relative air humidity no more 80%.

Blending |
Polyurethane primer-enamel consists of two components: component А - basis, component B - hardener. Before use, pre-mix component A with a low-speed drill with mixing nozzle, then mix with component B in stoichiometric ratio in the delivery form. Mix the resulting material thoroughly until smooth. After the hardener is added into the semi-finished product, the material should be allowed to stand for at least 5-10 minutes. |
