Two-component quick-drying polyurethane primer-enamel cured with aliphatic polyisocyanate.
Scope and specifics of application
Polytex FAST DRY primer-enamel is used as a self-priming, fast-drying anticorrosive coating. It is available in a gloss range from deep matt to semi-gloss with a wide range of color options. It does not require pre-priming. Thick-layer application is possible.
It is used for painting and long-term anticorrosive protection of diverse vehicles' internal and external surfaces: agricultural machinery, construction machinery, public transport, railway transport as well as other metal structures.

Main fields of application: mechanical engineering.
Instruction for use
Metal surface should be abrasive blasted to grade 1 or 2 to GOST 9.402 (Sa 2,5 or Sa 2 по ISO 8501-1:2007). Clean surface must be free from dust and grease.
If the quality of surface preparation decreases, the service life and its operating performance may change.
Conditions
Basis temperature higher than dew point no less than 3°C.
Ambient temperature from +5°С to +30°C.
Relative air humidity no more 80%.

Blending |
Polyurethane primer-enamel consists of two components: component А - basis, component B - hardener. Before use, pre-mix component A with a low-speed drill with mixing nozzle, then mix with component B in stoichiometric ratio in the delivery form. Mix the resulting material thoroughly until smooth. After the hardener is added into the semi-finished product, the material should be allowed to stand for at least 5-10 minutes. |
