DESCRIPTION
Single - component water based acrylic enamel.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
Enamel has excellent decorative properties, high adhesion to the substrate, high coverage and durability. It is resistant to abrasion and detergents. Gloss degree can vary from a deep matt finish to glossy.
Enamel is available as standard in white, toning is possible if necessary, including dark. The first layer of enamel can be used as a primer layer. Enamel does not contain aromatic solvents, does not have a sharp odour.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Wood surface must be free of all possible contaminants: dust, grease and resin. The wood is then sanded with No. 150 sandpaper manually or with a grinding machine with the required degree of abrasiveness (No. 150). After grinding, the surface is primed. For the primer layer, primer can be thinned with water about 5-10 % if necessary. Use pneumatic spraying or combined application units for priming. An hour after applying the primer layer, the surface must be sanded with sandpaper No. 320 to remove raised piles of wood. In two hours after application stacking of products is possible.
CONDITIONS
The temperature in the shop when applying the material should be 20-24°C, humidity no more than 80%. To avoid physical damage (cracking, "orange peeling" and loss of gloss) on the coating avoid drafts when applying and drying products.
