«Antikondensat» thermo insulating paint is intended for insulation of cooling and air conditioning systems, in water pipelines and in systems with refrigerant.
Due to its unique properties, the paint prevents condensation formation on cold water pipelines, thereby preventing mold, mildew and rust formation on the surface. The paint is almost odourless, easy and evenly applied on the surface. Thermo-insulating paint "Antikondensat" is non-toxic and healthy - friendly. It does not contain organic solvents. All surfaces must be clean and free from old paint, dust, dirt, oil and grease.
Metal structures preparation:
Metal structures must be dry and clean (free of dust, dirt, grease, oil and rust) and must be primed with anticorrosive primers (depending on the type of metal structures and their operating conditions): the anticorrosive layer thickness must be at least 50 microns. The type and conditions of paint application and varnish material used as a primer layer must be agreed with "RAUM-PROFIE" company technical service.
After priming the metal structure is maintained for at least 24 hours depending on the exterior temperature and humidity.
Attention! Under-dried primer layer as well as contaminants presence on the metal structures surface can cause thermal insulation coating cracking and partial detachment.

Conditions
It should be used in a dry room or in an open area with low humidity and without weather elements, at temperature of +10°C to + 25°C

Preparing |
Ready to use. Before applying, make sure the package is tight, check the release date of the batch and the expiration date. After opening, the container contents should be mixed mechanically (drill or mixer with an appropriate attachment) for 5-7 minutes at a speed of 200 Rev/min. Manual stirring at least 10 minutes. Can be thinned with water before application if needed. The amount of water depends on the base temperature and subsequent operation, but not more than 5% by volume. |

The composition is applied in layers with intermediate drying between coats at least 24 hours at temperature +20°C and relative humidity not more than 80% with wet layer thickness 0.3-0.4 mm. At a temperature below +20°C and air humidity more than 80% the composition drying time may increase. Do not apply in the presence of moisture (water, dew, ice, frost) on the surface to be painted.
Attention! Wet or exceeding recommended thickness of applied thermal insulation coating layer can cause subsequent cracking and peeling coating. At a temperature below recommended application process does not occur film coating.
