Description
Polyurethane two-component matte finish varnish based on organic solvents for decorative finishing and protection of polymer coatings from wear. The product consists of a semi-finished varnish MasterPol-321 PU (component A) and a hardener MasterPol-321 PU (component B) which are mixed immediately before use.
Fields of application
Polyurethane two-component varnish is used for the final finishing of industrial floors monolithic polymer coatings including coatings decorated with colored chips. It is used as a finishing coating in a system with polyurethane and epoxy materials of the MasterPol series (TU 20.30.22-012-69372620-2021 , TU 20.30.22-015-69372620-2021 ) to give the surface a matte effect as well as to seal decorative elements (chips, floks, sequins, etc.)
Instruction for use
When applying to the old coating, the surface to be coated must be clean and free of grease.Conditions
The minimum ambient temperature is +5 °C. The maximum ambient temperature is +35 °C. The maximum relative humidity is 80%.
The dew point is not allowed to fall out! The material reacts with water and air moisture, so it is necessary to protect the material and the coating (before it is cured) from water impact and atmospheric moisture condensation.

The product is two-component. Component A is a composition of hydroxyfunctional resin, thiners and target additives. Component B is a hardener. Mixing sequence: Component A (base) is mixed in a manufacturer's container or a special container, then component B (hardener) is added. Next, the components are thoroughly mixed for 3-5 minutes with a construction mixer. |

| Application |
The varnish is applied with a thin layer of 20-50 microns on the polymer floor. The material is applied in a uniform layer without gaps on a clean and dry surface with a velour roller with a pile of 4 mm. It is unacceptable to have gaps in the lacquer film on the surface. The task when applying the varnish is to create a uniform layer on the entire surface. It is possible to apply two layers of varnish (applying the second layer after the first layer has fully cured) if necessary. The second layer should be applied in the cross direction to the first layer. Do not allow the formation of spills of the material during application! One layer coating is recommended for floor decorative finishing. Two layers coating is required to form a wear-resistant coating, while providing a decorative finish. |
